His background as a Sales, Parts and Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Parts and Service Manager, and Fixed Operations Director gives him a comprehensive understanding of how each department must align to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Combining decades of real-world dealership insight with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University, Brian delivers practical, results-driven solutions rooted in accountability and operational clarity. Known for his people-first leadership style, he excels at developing teams, optimizing processes, and creating sustainable performance improvements across fixed operations teams.
