My career is built on twenty years of hands-on, real-world experience in the dealership environment—experience earned from the ground up.

I began my journey in the automotive industry at just 14 years old, literally pushing a lawn mower around a dealership. From those early days, I developed a deep respect for hard work, teamwork, and accountability. Over the years, I advanced through nearly every operational and customer-facing role within a dealership, including Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, Sales Consultant, Finance Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Parts Manager, Service Manager, and ultimately Fixed Operations Director.

This broad, end-to-end experience has given me a unique perspective on dealership operations. I understand how each department functions individually—and more importantly, how they work together to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

In 2013, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Royal University, marking the formal beginning of my leadership career. By combining academic business principles with decades of practical dealership experience, I developed a leadership style grounded in integrity, clarity, and results.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m grateful to share life with my wife, Christina, and our three teenage kids—Carter, Bentley, and Penny. They keep me grounded, motivated, and constantly reminded of what truly matters.

As a family, we love staying active. If you don’t find us in a gym playing basketball, you’ll likely find us planning our next adventure vacation. Whether it’s competition on the court or exploring new places together, we value experiences that build connection, memories, and a shared love for growth and adventure.

Outside of my professional work, I remain actively involved in the basketball community. I coach youth and high school basketball teams, focusing on building confidence, accountability, and teamwork in young athletes. Coaching allows me to give back to the community while continuing to develop the next generation of leaders—on and off the court.

My journey reflects a simple belief: strong leadership is built through experience, consistency, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
